Shipping & Handling:

Standard shipping 10-25 business days excluding holidays. S & H is $25 flat rate.  You have the option for your garment to be shipped overnight.  Charges vary for over night shipping according to your location.

Returns/Exchanges:

All garments are made to the specifications of the buyer, therefore we DO NOT have a return or exchange policy.  If the garment is received in a defective manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the garment.  Garment cannot show any signs of wear or tear, washing or any other form of wear by the purchaser in order for the defective item to be returned and repaired.

Time Frame For Item To Be Received:

Our made to measure process requires 15 business days.  That includes our standard shipping time. You can expect to receive your garment in 15 days from the time of purchase.  This excludes holidays.

Rush Delivery:

Guaranteed to receive within 10 days from the time of purchase.  This excludes holidays.
